Implement with ease

Bjoro's utilises a platform-led approach to make implementation for a breeze. As well as a full onboarding wizard, you'll get template communications with our UK-based team on hand to support with any questions.

  1. Sign up as an employer to setup your Bjoro scheme (complete our Contact Form to start your journey) and receive your a link to your unique Employer Platform.
  2. Inform your employees about your partnership with Bjoro, providing them the link to your microsite.
  3. Employees then:
    1. Log in to the platform
    2. Accept your clawback agreement (use our template or add your own)
    3. Place their order (creating a 3-party agreement)
  4. You'll then get a notification to approve the order:
    1. Approval notifications can be delivered to Slack, Teams, or email 
  5. Once approved an invoice will be raised
  6. Once paid the order is accepted and then shipped (multiple payment options available).
